A 20% non refundable cancellation fee will apply to select service appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service total. For Dimensional Color Services and Chemical Smoothing Services, a non refundable $50-$100 deposit is required, which will be applied to the total cost of the service. If you cancel after the 48-hour window, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
